Our services partner with the current marketing employee to provide extensive resources that they just don’t have, such as; expand advertising, nurturing leads through a structured system, and building out high-conversion funnels. Many marketing employees are extensively trained for print and local marketing mediums. Online click-funnels advertising, lead management, and systems building are specialized services that take years of experience and commitment.

Yes. Our company focuses on simplicity with value. We keep the pricing structure simple. Our two packages are a 12-month agreement and a 24-month agreement. In both packages, the practice will receive Advertising, Systems Building, and Consulting services each month.

No. There are no extra startup fees. The first month's bill is due upon signing. Once signed, systems will be onboarded within 5-business days.

Every practice is entirely different. MediClients projects for clients to see results within 90 days and up to 12- months to make return-on-investment conclusions.

Every 30 days, MediClients will do a follow-up at the client’s convenience. In this follow-up, the client can see the results whether great, okay, or poor. This is a great moment for the practice to see what could be improved.

Only within the 60-day opt-out period. The period begins on the first payment day. 7 days before the 60-day opt-out, an email will be sent to the practice to approve or deny the 60-day opt-out.

Yes, if you refer us to another practice and they sign with MediClients, we will waive $500 off your retainer monthly. (capped at 1 per client)

Easy! Leave the heavy-lifting to us. Give us a call and we will learn your specific needs, and then craft a unique blueprint for your practice. If you don’t see the value in 60 days, just stop paying the retainer and ask to opt-out.
